Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
Assist in seating guests promptly and efficiently.
Provide guests with menus and inform them about daily specials.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding reservations and wait times.
Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure timely service.
Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and care.
Assist in training new host staff as needed.
Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements.
