Arabic (Preferable)Gender - FemalesJob RoleThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual with strong networking skills and an understanding of the construction and engineering industry in Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in engineering, construction, and MEP contracting sectors.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants,
developers, and government entities.
3. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
5. Collaborate with the estimating and technical teams to ensure competitive and accurate bids.
6. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to promote the company’s services.
7. Track and report business development activities, including pipeline updates and conversion rates.
8. Support the management team in developing and executing strategic sales plans.Skills 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.2. 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the engineering and construction sector.3. Strong understanding of Saudi construction market, regulations, and procurement processes.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
