Key Responsibilities:
- Prospects for new catering clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online lead generation.
- Develops and maintains a strong client base within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Understanding client needs and tailoring catering proposals to meet their specific requirements.
- Ensures exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the event planning process.
- Collaborates with the operations team to plan and execute catering services for events.
- Prepares and manages event details, including menus, timelines, and logistics.
- Ensures seamless coordination between sales, operations, and other relevant departments.
- Tracks sales progress and generating regular reports on sales performance.
- Provides input into sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Proven sales experience in the catering or hospitality industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales and catering software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Arabic and English language
- Knowledge of the local market and catering trends
