- Ensure consistency in product quality and adherence to brand standards
- Supervise daily operations of the bakery and pastry section
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
- Monitor ingredient levels, manage ordering and inventory
- Lead and train junior staff to follow recipes and techniques correctly
- Collaborate with the management team on menu development and seasonal offeringsQualifications
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role, with a strong focus on Pastry and Bakery.
- Experience in bulk cooking is essential.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of pastry and bakery cooking techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
- Fluency in English.
