This includes explaining charges, payment expectations and patient share copayment, and front line cash and Tax invoicing , cash collection and processing refunds, guides patient through available payment options and installment plans to ensure patient satisfaction and efficient financial services.Strategic Roles & Responsibilities %5Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and collaborating with legal and regulatory teams to address any potential issues
Provide direct support to patients regarding their financial responsibilities and insurance coverage
Confirm insurance coverage and eligibility for complex cases to ensure accurate billing and clear communication of financial responsibilities Help patients understand their benefits resolve coverage discrepancies and work with insurance companies to address and rectify any issues
Assist patients with financial responsibilities charges payment expectations and copayments and process payment plans discounts or financial assistance options
Resolve straightforward issues and manage or escalate complex cases as necessary
Minimum Education RequiredBachelor degree in Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related fieldProfessional Certifications RequiredNoneYears of ExperienceMinimum 6 years' experience in Healthcare Financial ServicesLanguagesEnglish:Advanced ; Arabic:Fully ProficientFunctional Competencies
