Other Pilates Equipment (Tower, Cadillac, Chair) are a plus.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor OR minimum 1000 teaching hours- Physiotherapy background is preferable but not required- Conversational English- Professional- Positive attitudeResponsibilities:- Conduct group and individual Pilates classes based on the needs and goals of the studio and clients.- Learn how to use Mind and Body Program.- Provide personalized instruction and guidance to clients, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety.- Develop and modify exercise programs to meet the specific needs and abilities of each client.- Assist clients in setting realistic goals and tracking their progress.- Educate clients about the principles of Pilates, benefits of specific exercises, and proper body alignment.- Maintain a clean and organized studio space, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in Pilates and the fitness industry.- Continuously develop and refine your own skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.- Provide exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with clients and addressing their concerns or questions.- Promote the studio's services, classes, and workshops to attract and retain clients.- Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to create a supportive and cohesive team environment.- Possess a positive and professional personality with great communication and interpersonal skills.- Reporting to Lead Trainer.- Participating and promoting in the studio’s marketing and event campaigns.- Being mindful and respectable with the local culture and studios’ reputation.
