Position SummaryThe Head of Equity is responsible for leading the firm’s equity investment strategies, with a strong emphasis on the Saudi equity market. This role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, a proven ability in portfolio management, and strong research and trading capabilities. The role will oversee equity portfolio performance, manage and mentor the investment team, and enhance the firm’s offerings to institutional and high-net-worth clients.Key Responsibilities * Lead the development and management of high-performing Saudi equity portfolios in line with client mandates and market developments.
  • Conduct detailed fundamental and technical analysis to identify investment opportunities.
  • Supervise equity research and trading functions, providing strategic direction and mentoring junior team members.
  • Drive tactical asset allocation decisions within equity investments.
  • Ensure full compliance with CMA regulations and internal risk frameworks.
  • Present performance updates, investment strategies, and reports to investment committees, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support business development initiatives, including fund structuring, product development, and client acquisition.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in equity investment, with at least 5–7 years in portfolio or fund management roles, specifically within the Saudi equity market.
  • Proven record of managing and scaling high-value portfolios.
  • Strong background in equity research and trading execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of Tadawul trading systems and CMA compliance standards.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis.
  • Certifications: Completion of CFA Levels I, II, III and CME-4.
