We are looking for an experienced Signage Production Supervisor cum site in charge to oversee our production operations. Youll guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process employees and organizing workflows.In a fast paced environment like production, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.The goal is to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner.Responsibilities:-Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employee.Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.Overseeing and coaching employee Check production output according to specificationsAnalyzed production trends and conducted extensive cost- benefit analysis of product enhancements.Worked closely with production team to enforce and maintain Quality standards.Calculate complete cost & estimate of a job. Handling all Indoor & Outdoor jobsAttending Clients Meeting regarding all the jobsInstallation site visits, taking final measurement for new signage.Having responsibility from signage production to site installation.Supervising the installation in site: Cladding, 3D signage, Acrylic cut, Letters, digital printed graphics, one way vision sticker, Cut Vinyl, Flex Signage.
