2. Analyze current procurement processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
3. Lead initiatives to standardize procurement policies, procedures, and tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic sourcing opportunities, negotiate contracts, and establish supplier partnerships that drive cost savings and value creation.5. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure procurement performance, track savings, and monitor supplier performance.
6. Provide training and support to procurement team members on best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance their skills and capabilities.7. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Minimum Qualifications Minimum Experience Other Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 10 Years Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement and excellence.Proficiency in procurement tools and technologies, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms.
Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
