Electrical Vendor Inspector - SEC and ARAMCO Approval mandatory

- Perform inspections as per the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), ensuring strict compliance with project specifications, international codes, and client requirements.
- Conduct source inspection of electrical, communication, and instrumentation materials during in-process and/or final stages at vendor facilities.
- Ensure inspection of equipment such as SCADA, RTUs, Switchgears, Control Gears, Transformers, Panel Boards, RMUs, Motors, Cables, Cathodic Protection systems, and Process Skids.
- Perform technical evaluations of manufacturers' facilities to ensure capability and compliance with project and industry standards.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and third-party inspection agencies for quality inspections and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
- Ensure continuous adherence to quality management systems and processes.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum vocational Diploma or equivalent.
- Aramco & SEC approval mandatory.
- 3-7 years of inspection experience in manufacturing plants.
- Minimum 2 years of inspection experience specific to electrical/instrumentation materials and processes.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong understanding of international codes and standards: ASTM, IEC, NEC, ANSI, NEMA, IEEE, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with fabrication methods and inspection techniques.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and its application.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
