Our client, a leading retail company with a wide network of branches across Saudi Arabia, is seeking to hire a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager. This role is central to driving financial strategy, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance in a dynamic and competitive retail environment. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support business growth. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders to evaluate branch and product performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that improve profitability and efficiency. The manager will prepare periodic management reports, analyze variances, and support strategic initiatives such as pricing, cost optimization, and expansion planning. The ideal candidate must have solid, hands-on experience in the retail industry, preferably within a multinational or large-scale organization. Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, revenue modeling, and inventory/operational cost structures is essential.
