The administrator will provide user support, maintain data integrity, and generate insightful reports, all while collaborating with various departments to facilitate effective decision-making. This role requires a strong blend of analytical skills, technical expertise, and communication abilities to drive financial efficiency across the organization.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSystem Administrator1. Administer and manage the cost planning tool, ensuring its functionality, reliability, and security.2. Assist in the roll-out of the cost planning software for additional Business Units into Qiddiya installation ensuring consistency3. Manage software updates and enhancements, coordinating with IT and external vendors as necessary.Testing and Training1. Provide training and support to users, addressing any issues or questions regarding the tool.2. Respond to requests for changes and new user access. Report on usage of the application.3. Ensure appropriate testing of new business units into the cost planning software as well as testing of new functionality adopted.4. Maintain comprehensive documentation of templates, processes, user guides, and system configurations.Reporting1. Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.2. Develop automation to generate recurring reports in collaboration with Data Office Team.3. Report on usage of the application.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in data analytics, information management, engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related discipline.ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying or related discipline supports role.Worked in local (GCC) construction industry for 2 years or more.
