- Identify financial trends and variances, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop financial models to guide business decisions and project evaluations.
- Facilitate financial training sessions to enhance financial acumen within the organization.
- Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to strengthen financial governance.
- Monitor financial KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degrees (MBA) or certifications (CPA) are desirable.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial analysis and business partnership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in building relationships across diverse teams.
- Expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
