Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager - Finance Business Partner to join our ambitious team. In this role, you will play a vital part in aligning financial strategies with business objectives, ensuring that departments have the financial insights necessary to drive performance and achieve operational excellence.As a Manager of Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with various business units to understand their financial needs and challenges. Your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive financial forecasts, analyses, and strategic recommendations that support decision-making and enhance overall business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer financial guidance and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to evaluate the performance of business units.
  • Identify financial trends and variances, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop financial models to guide business decisions and project evaluations.
  • Facilitate financial training sessions to enhance financial acumen within the organization.
  • Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to strengthen financial governance.
  • Monitor financial KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degrees (MBA) or certifications (CPA) are desirable.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial analysis and business partnership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in building relationships across diverse teams.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
