Lead and manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle across hospitality operations, ensuring timely hiring of high-caliber candidates for frontline, managerial, and leadership roles.Partner closely with operational leaders to forecast hiring needs aligned with business growth and seasonal peaks.Design and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies, leveraging both local and international sourcing channels to meet volume and quality requirements.Build and manage an in-house recruitment team, as well as oversee third-party agency partnerships as needed.Champion diversity, localization, and Saudization initiatives, aligning hiring efforts with broader organizational goals.Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to position the company as an employer of choice in the hospitality sector.Profile
