Assistant Store Manager - Fashion

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a luxury retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and experience in maintaining store presentation.
• Proficiency in inventory management and stock control.
