- Collect information on current and future needs and present them to relevant parties concerning public facilities management.
- Communicate with contractors to provide the required services and verify the completion of pending requests.
- Prepare reports on contractors’ compliance with requirements to support any necessary contract amendments.
- Prepare reports on user requirements, contractor performance, execution timelines, and any other requested information.
- Monitor monthly bills for electricity, water, and telecommunication services with service providers, take and review meter readings, verify accuracy, prepare reports, and follow up on conservation programs.
- Follow up on electricity network assets, including inventory, receipt, and handover processes.
- Oversee the procurement process for the electricity department and manage the receipt and delivery of materials.
- Perform additional job-related tasks as delegated or directed.
- Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.
