- Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics Sales, customer service
- Should have been part of end to end at least 5 Microsoft D365 Sales, customer service implementations
- Experience of defining/creating solution architecture, functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM solutions
- Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 CRM end-to-end implementations . Min 4 projects
- Expertise in design and hands-on development of Dynamics CRM solutions
- Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, SQL Server
- Expertise in design and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions on hand-held devices (Mobiles/iPAD/Tablets)
- Must have working experience on Power Platforms
- Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
