  • Develop and shape the grid consulting business by providing strategic advice on new technologies and market entry.
  • Forge partnerships with governmental and regulatory bodies to position Siemens Energy as a trusted consulting partner.
  • Guide customers in defining study scopes and concepts that align with their business objectives.
  • Review and analyze customer RfI/RfP documents to drive bid decisions and enhance competitiveness.
  • Negotiate deal terms and execute contracts to meet strategic objectives.
  • Drive regional business development performance through reliable financial forecasting and planning.
What you'll Bring:
  • Master's degree in electrical power engineering or higher.
  • 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in the energy sector with a successful project portfolio.
  • Advanced knowledge in transmission planning and operational studies (100 kV ~ 400 kV).
  • Proven expertise in power system forecasting and decarbonization strategies.
  • Deep understanding of TSO new resource application processes and grid planning considerations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English.
