We are looking for a skilled Cost Control Engineer to manage and control project costs, ensuring timely and accurate cost reporting. The successful candidate will play a critical role in project delivery.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
- Conduct cost analyses and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and implement cost control processes and procedures.
- Monitor and report on project expenditure.
- Experience in construction industry ideally on large-scale or complex projects.
- Familiarity with cost coding and task coding structures.
- Familiarity with the full project lifecycle (pre-contract, execution, closeout).
- Experience in budgeting/forecasting, cost tracking/variance, reporting, and change management.
- Preferred nationality from Philippines, India, or Pakistan to meet our budget.
