- Manage and mentor a diverse team of landscape architects and designers, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Work in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the procurement of external landscape consultants and contractors to execute high-caliber projects.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, environmental practices, and urban planning standards throughout all phases of project development.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of landscape projects to track progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Engage with community stakeholders and governmental agencies to facilitate support and approval for landscape initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and innovations in landscape architecture to implement best practices within Qiddiya's projects.
- Present design concepts, project updates, and strategic initiatives to senior management and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related discipline; Professional accreditation (e.g., ASLA) is highly favored.
- A minimum of 12-14 years relevant experience in landscape architecture, with significant leadership experience in large-scale projects.
- Robust portfolio showcasing successful landscape design projects that demonstrate innovation and creativity.
- Strong command of landscape design principles, sustainable development practices, and environmental compliance.
- Exceptional leadership ability, with experience in managing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in the latest landscape design software, project management tools, and presentation techniques.
- Effective budget management capabilities with a commitment to delivering projects on time and within financial limits.
- A deep commitment to community engagement and enhancing the visitor experience through thoughtful landscape design.
