- Greet and escort VIP guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Deliver personalized check-in and check-out experiences in-room or in the lounge
- Manage guest luggage, including unpacking and packing services, as well as handling laundry and pressing requests
- Coordinate dining, spa, transportation, and other guest services according to individual preferences
- Maintain detailed guest profiles, including preferences and special requests
- Collaborate with various departments (Housekeeping, Room Service, Concierge) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare guest rooms and suites with personalized amenities, welcome drinks, and special touches
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Butler pantry and working areas
- Promptly respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security regarding guest information
- Anticipate guest needs to provide a tailored and exclusive experience
- Facilitate smooth communication throughout the guest's journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure
- Demonstrate knowledge and respect for local Saudi Arabian customs and etiquette
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar role within a 4-5 star luxury hotel or resort
- Strong command of English; basic Arabic language skills preferred
- Excellent grooming, etiquette, and interpersonal communication skills
- Robust organizational abilities and capacity to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of Butler service standards (e.g., Forbes, LQA) preferred
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality and service
- Ability to maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern hospitality standards
- Knowledge of local customs and etiquette in Saudi Arabia
- Adaptability to work in a culturally diverse environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
