Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in residential construction projects in Saudi Arabia, Makkah.Working as a Construction Manager involves leading all on-site activities for residential projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to handover. Your main responsibility is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards. You will coordinate closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.Key Accountabilities
  • Oversee daily construction operations across residential project sites.
  • Ensure all works are executed per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Monitor progress, budget, and manpower to achieve project milestones.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor site teams to maintain high performance and effective communication.
  • Support the Project Manager with progress reporting, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience managing residential construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and teams
