In this role, you will be instrumental in developing visually compelling and impactful designs that support our brand identity and marketing goals. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver a wide range of creative assets, including digital campaigns, website visuals, social media content, and more.We’re looking for a creative thinker with a strong design portfolio, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging designs across various channels, including digital marketing, landing pages, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project goals into effective design solutions.
Deliver polished, high-quality assets that meet deadlines and project requirements.
Maintain consistency with Salla’s brand identity across all design touchpoints.
Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior-level graphic design role.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Excellent visual design skills and acute attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and motion graphics, particularly in marketing and digital content.
Solid understanding of platform-specific design requirements and best practices.
Experience designing digital landing pages with a strong grasp of UI/UX principles.
Prior experience in e-commerce design is a plus.
