JASARA PMC is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager - Fit Out to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the fit-out projects for high-profile clients, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence.Your expertise will guide the execution of innovative internal spaces, working collaboratively with design teams and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role is pivotal in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments, enhancing client satisfaction and enriching the end user experience.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor construction progress and quality, conducting site inspections and providing guidance as necessary.
  • Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure outcomes align with expectations.
  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, attending meetings to discuss progress and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in fit-out and interior design projects.
  • Proven track record of managing projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and compliance.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
