- Lead and participate in fire suppression, rescue, and emergency response operations
- Conduct risk assessments, pre-incident planning, and hazard evaluations on-site
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior firefighters and emergency responders
- Ensure compliance with fire safety protocols, equipment standards, and regulatory requirements
- Operate and maintain firefighting apparatus and equipment in excellent condition
- Collaborate with safety officers, facility managers, and emergency services to implement prevention strategies
- Manage post-incident reporting, investigation support, and debriefings
- Participate in regular drills, training exercises, and safety audits
- 10+ years of firefighting experience, preferably in industrial, commercial, or high-risk settings
- Advanced training in fire suppression, hazardous materials (HAZMAT), and rescue operations
- Certified in NFPA standards, Fire Officer (I or II), Fire Instructor, or equivalent
- Excellent physical fitness and mental resilience under pressure
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with Saudi civil defense laws and safety standard is a plus
- Valid firefighter license/certifications recognized by KSA authorities
- Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing plants, or aviation firefighting units**
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus
