Monitor, operate, and maintain network security products, assist with troubleshooting, plan upgrades, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions. Perform moderate product customizations and act as a trusted advisor to customers. Collaborate closely with sales, support, and R&D teams.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a software companyStrong knowledge of Linux/UNIX environmentsExperience with networking devices (switches, routers, etc.)Hands-on experience with firewalls (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud security managementFluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skillsAble to perform well under pressure and tight deadlinesCustomer-focused with the ability to build trustResults-driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedWilling to travel up to 35%, including frequent on-site visits across Saudi Arabia and the Middle EastPreferred Skills:Scripting skills in Linux (Perl, Python, Shell)Familiarity with virtual routing and software-defined networking (SDN)
