- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance in selecting products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of the full range of products, including mattresses, bed frames, and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets and performance metrics.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales performance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems preferred.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
