o We seek a Pricing Officer with extensive experience in the construction industry. This role is responsible for the estimation process, ensuring that all project costs are accurately calculated and submitted to senior management for approval.
o Collaborates with department managers and clients to create accurate, competitive bids. The ideal candidate should have a strong business value estimation and a background in project management expenses.Responsibilities:
o Led and managed the estimation and pricing team to ensure timely and accurate project bids.
o Review project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
o Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and constraints.
o Have historical experience and data on previous projects in the Kingdom to improve estimation accuracy.
o Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and clients.
o Proficiency in professionally preparing technical proposals for bids and competitions.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies during estimation.
o Identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies at the estimation stage.
o Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing.
o Continuously seek ways to improve estimation processes and methodologies.Skills:
o Proficiency in project estimation and pricing software.
o Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
o Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
o Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
o Strong project management skills.
o Effective negotiation and communication skills.
o Experience in budget management and cost control.Preferred Candidate:
o A minimum of 12 years of experience in the same field
o Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Proficiency in estimating software and tools in the required field of work
