- Assist with conducting orientation sessions for new joiners, and liaising with functions to prepare for cross functional orientation week.
- Supporting the HRBP in preparation of various HR reports to support ongoing HR activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to follow up on action items, and building relations with HRBP stakeholders.
- Responding directly to employee’s queries and providing basic HR support on various matters or direct them appropriately.
- Supporting HR Partners on ongoing HR Projects as required.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Student GPA should be (3+ out of 4) or (4+ out of 5).
- An official university letter is required to be attached along with the CV.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
- Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Solid organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity in a diverse environment.
- Experience working in a team to quickly address challenges.
