- Develop, review, and maintain internal policies and guidelines.
- Ensure clear documentation and proper version control of policies.
- Drive adherence to internal controls and governance frameworks.
- Monitor changes in employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Manage regulatory inquiries and ensure timely responses.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance levels.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data privacy and employee relations.
- Review and enhance processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
- Map controls across the employee lifecycle to ensure governance coverage.
- Provide expert guidance to management and internal teams on governance matters.
- Advise on labor regulations, compliance risks, and ethical standards.
- Support decision-making through policy interpretation and risk assessment.
- Design, implement, and maintain Authorization Matrices (Delegation of Authority / Approval Workflows).
- Ensure alignment with organizational structure and governance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in governance, policy management, or compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local market practices.
