The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing hotel or hospitality-related projects and be skilled in coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in hotel or hospitality construction projects (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
  • Strong knowledge in architectural coordination and dealing with design consultants.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Abha.
Preferred:
  • Previous experience with hotel chains or luxury developments.
  • Familiarity with Saudi building codes and local authority regulations.
