- Ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality South African dishes.
- Maintain consistent food standards, quality, and hygiene.
- Contribute creatively to menu development and seasonal specials.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen cost control.
- Lead, motivate, and train kitchen staff to maintain a high-performance team.
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably in international or South African cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Basic salary SAR 8000 (ZAR 37000)
