
Senior Account Manager

- Manage strategic client accounts across enterprise and public sectors
- Drive full sales cycle-from discovery to proposal to deal closure
- Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for all CRM, forecasting, and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with technical teams to design solution bundles aligned with customer needs
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance pitches and proposals
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and simulated sales scenarios
- Contribute feedback to product/bundle design cycles
- Ensure seamless handover to delivery team's post-contract
- Perform additional duties as assigned that are relevant to the scope of the role
- Strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English Language (Mandatory)
- High proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Dynamics 365
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Digital-first and AI-literate - can work with tools, not around them
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering or a related field
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in enterprise or public sector sales, experience with AI, cloud, digital transformation, or infrastructure solutions
