A well-established company in the renewable energy sector is looking for a highly experienced Solar Installation Technician with strong hands-on expertise in utility-scale and commercial rooftop PV installations (RCC and metal sheet roofs).The client has specifically requested candidates who can take over the job immediately without any prior training.Ideal candidates should be fully capable of managing installation from mounting to final commissioning, independently and efficiently. Experience with EV charger installation is a strong plus.???? Key Responsibilities:
Execute rooftop PV installations on RCC and sheet metal roofsInstall mounting structures, align PV modules, and ensure waterproofingPerform AC/DC cable laying and terminations (trays, trunking, conduit)Conduct electrical testing (polarity, grounding, insulation resistance, IV tracing)Support inverter configuration, grid sync, and final commissioningEnsure compliance with safety protocols and project standards (IEC/NEC/SEC)???? Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in solar rooftop installations (≥1 MW)
✅ Ability to execute projects without supervision or training
✅ Familiarity with inverter brands: Huawei, SMA, Fronius, Sungrow
✅ Strong understanding of cable routing, safety, and mounting techniques
✅ Valid driving license preferred
✅ Can join immediately
➕ EV charger installation experience is a plus
