- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
- Support in job posting and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
- Help manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HR or recruitment processes is an advantage.
- Registered in the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
- Not employed during the last 6 months.
- Not previously participated in the Tamheer program.
