- Lead network engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Design and implement network infrastructure based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems and applications.
- Evaluate and recommend network technologies to enhance performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
- Perform network troubleshooting and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in networking technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex network infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security.
- Experience with networking technologies and tools, including Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead network engineering projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIE are preferred.
