The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing high-quality, print-ready designs that align with client needs and production requirements.key AccountabilitiesDesign various print materials such as packaging, brochures, labels, business cards, and promotional itemsPrepare and finalize artwork files to be compatible with offset printing specifications (CMYK, bleed, resolution, etc.)Collaborate closely with clients and sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver visually appealing solutionsEnsure design consistency across different projects and printed formatsCoordinate with the pre-press and production teams to ensure smooth handover and print accuracyStay informed about trends in print design, materials, and finishing techniquesknowledge , Skills , ExperienceWe are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related fieldMinimum 3 year of experience in a graphic design role within the printing industryProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Solid understanding of offset printing processes and pre-press preparationStrong eye for detail, color accuracy, layout, and typographyAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
