The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.Key Duties:Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptlyCoordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needsAssist in arranging guest itineraries and toursProvide information and recommendations about local attractions, dining, and eventsPromote hotel services and amenitiesMaintain a professional and welcoming environment at all timesQualificationsExperience:1 year in customer service or guest relations roles, preferably in hospitalitySkills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesGood knowledge of the local area (attractions, restaurants)Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)Flexibility to work shiftsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeSomeone who understands, celebrates and embraces Our Habitas brand values.Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
