The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and supervise the Security team, ensuring a proactive approach to guest, colleague, and asset safety.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive security policies, emergency procedures, and loss prevention protocols in line with Four Seasons and local standards.
  • Conduct ongoing risk assessments, safety audits, and security drills to ensure preparedness for all scenarios.
  • Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and government authorities as needed.
  • Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of all security systems, including CCTV, alarms, access controls, and fire safety equipment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns, ensuring thorough investigation, accurate reporting, and effective follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
  • Educate and support colleagues through regular training and awareness programs on topics such as workplace safety, fire prevention, and guest privacy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, incident logs, and security reports for management review.
  • Foster a discreet, service-focused security presence that reassures guests while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Hospitality, or relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in security management, preferably within luxury hospitality or high-profile environments.
  • Strong leadership, crisis management, and team development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of security and life safety systems, emergency response protocols, and local laws.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities; fluency in English required & Arabic.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Proficient in using security technologies and preparing clear, concise reports.
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
