Role & Responsibilities :Perform bank and cash reconciliations with precision and timeliness.Manage daily cash deposits and reconcile collections from various customers.Raise and track B2C and B2B invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Assist the finance team with payment processing and vendor coordination.Oversee bank account management, including monitoring balances and transactions.Support the operations team with financial insights and reporting.Maintain and track company assets and ensure proper utilization.Conduct employee utilization analysis and contribute to financial performance reviews.Deliver financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Help the team with ERP updates and ensure data accuracy across systems.Management of VATQualification and experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in retail-based receipt management, including credit card transactions.Prior experience managing ERP implementation is highly desirable.Prior experience of managing VATStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
