Location: GCC (Willing to relocate)Job SummaryOur client is seeking an experienced Senior Underwriter to assess and underwrite group and credit life insurance proposals, ensuring sound risk evaluation and competitive pricing.Key Responsibilities- Assess and underwrite Group Life and Credit Life insurance proposals in line with company guidelines.- Analyze group demographics, risk factors, and financials to determine appropriate terms and pricing.- Collaborate with sales, actuarial, and operations teams to support client acquisition and retention.- Review existing group portfolios and recommend renewal terms and risk management strategies.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Group Life and/or Credit Life Underwriting.- Strong knowledge of employee benefits schemes, group mortality trends, and credit life products.- Familiarity with underwriting software and digital tools is a plus.- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)
