
Field Application Specialist LSG Proteomics

- Hold primary responsibility for ensuring both short-term and long-term sales success within the Proteomics portfolio, with a focus on delivering high-impact solutions and customer value proposition.
- Drive business growth by supporting the full Western Blotting workflow including imaging solutions, protein purification via chromatography, and a comprehensive portfolio of antibodies.
- Scientifically driven and results-oriented approach to applying expertise in field sales to generate new business opportunities through pre-sales activities such as meetings, demos, seminars, webinars, and training sessions.
- Provide comprehensive post-sales field application support to customers, ensuring optimal utilization of installed base. Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Service, and Sales teams to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively plan, execute, and follow up on targeted sales activities, ensuring high-value customers and key market segments receive tailored engagement.
- Focus on building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Decision Makers (KDMs) at strategically important customer accounts to drive adoption, and long-term loyalty.
- Use CRM and market intelligence tools to identify high potential prospects. Showcase technical superiority (sensitivity, throughput, reproducibility, etc.).
- Maintain a broad understanding of the full product portfolio to effectively identify and communicate cross-selling and upselling opportunities, supporting the discovery of new sales potential across customer accounts.
- Minimum of a master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. Ph.D. is strongly preferred.
- 2-3 years’ commercial experience in a similar role or sales role within the Life Science/ Diagnostics industry.
- Having valuable regional expertise in the Middle East, familiarity with geography, culture, customer landscape, and main key accounts, allowing for tailored commercial strategies and effective stakeholder communication.
- Organizational, time management skills and a strong ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Exhibits a high level of presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Sales experience and/or laboratory experience are required.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
