We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience with expertise in conditional contracts, company policies, and media regulations under Saudi law, including strong knowledge of Ministry of Media laws and regulations and proficiency with the General Authority for Media Regulation (GAMR). Familiarity with other relevant ministries and Saudi labor law is a significant advantage. Good English language proficiency is required. This role offers flexible working arrangements including on-site, remote, and hybrid options.Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on conditional contracts and company policies
Ensure compliance with Saudi media regulations, including Ministry of Media and GAMR directives
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to media operations
Support management in legal risk assessment and mitigation
Collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment
Stay updated on legal developments from relevant ministries impacting the media industry

Qualifications and Requirements:

Saudi national, male, aged 45 or under
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in media or related sectors
Strong knowledge of Ministry of Media Law and regulations
Well proficient with General Authority for Media Regulation (GAMR) and other relevant ministries
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Ability to work on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid setting
Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills
Based in Riyadh
