Working Conditions: Office, workshop, or field-based (depending on department)We are seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer to join our team for a shutdown project. This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to engineering operations, project execution, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adapt quickly, and support project teams in achieving operational excellence.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist senior engineers in planning, execution, and completion of assigned shutdown activities.Prepare and maintain reports, project documentation, and status updates.Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and technical support as required by the project.Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, ensuring compliance at all times.Support workshop, site, and office operations based on departmental needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.Participate in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and project execution skills.Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines.Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship/project experience are welcome.Skills:Strong written and verbal communication in English.Basic understanding of engineering principles and shutdown operations.Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.Willingness to work in dynamic and challenging shutdown environments.Other Requirements:Flexibility to work in different locations (office, workshop, or field).Commitment to safety standards and project deadlines.📩 Apply Now!📧
