Job Type: Full TimePosition OverviewAs a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead the creative and technical direction of interiors across a wide range of upscale environments. From luxury villas to boutique wellness spaces, your expertise will ensure the highest quality in design development, material selection, and FF&E execution-seamlessly integrated with architectural and MEP teams to protect design integrity and client vision.What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee concept development, space planning, and detailed design documentation for luxury interior environments
- Review and refine material palettes, lighting strategies, furnishings, and finishes aligned with the client's branding and aesthetic goals
- Guide interior design consultants in achieving cohesive, brand-consistent design across all project assets
- Participate in technical workshops, mockup reviews, and material approval sessions
- Coordinate across disciplines to ensure fit-out and technical integration aligns with interior intent
- Support the production of mood boards, sample boards, and high-end presentation material
- Address site issues, design changes, and VE recommendations without compromising quality
- Provide technical leadership on joinery, millwork, lighting, and specialty finishes for high-performance interiors
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years' experience delivering high-end hospitality, resort, or residential interiors
- Strong design sensibility and in-depth understanding of luxury materials, trends, and construction detailing
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools
- Proven ability to communicate and coordinate across large multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of fit-out sequencing, FF&E procurement, and design implementation in large-scale projects
- LEED, WELL, or similar sustainability credentials are an asset
- Experience in Vision 2030 or giga projects in the Middle East is highly preferred
