2) Coordinate with relevant engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to obtain timely approval of Vendor documents from the Client.
3) Compile, verify, and finalize the complete Spare Part and Vendor Data Book Package for submission to the Client in accordance with project requirements.
4) Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client regarding all matters related to Spare Part documentation and Vendor Data Book packages.
5) Prepare, maintain, and update accurate Weekly and Monthly progress reports on Spare Part and Vendor Data status for internal management and Client submission.Major / Degree
'1) University degree or equivalent.Expertise / Skill
'1) Ability to control Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
2) Ability to draft official documents and emails.Reference (Experience)
'1) 3–5 years of experience in Procurement or Spare part controlLanguage
'1) English: Intermediate to fluent (to communicate with internal teams and prepare documentation).Etc.
'1) Understanding of Spare Part documentation types and Vendor data requirements to ensure compliance with project and Client standards.
2) Strong communication and coordination skills to consolidate inputs and feedback from multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
3) Effective time and schedule management skills to ensure Vendors submit documentation within agreed timelines and deadlines.
