- Lead and supervise all site construction activities related to telecom and associated infrastructure works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Review IFC drawings, project schedules, and work packages, ensuring constructability and readiness for execution.
- Develop and implement construction execution plans, work sequences, and resource allocation.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Monitor site progress against the baseline schedule and take corrective actions for delays.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure proper installation of telecom systems including:
- Fiber optic backbone and structured cabling.
- Data centers, telecom rooms, and racks.
- Power systems (UPS, grounding, and low-voltage systems).
- Civil/infra works (duct banks, manholes, cable trenches, equipment foundations).
- Lead daily/weekly site coordination meetings with subcontractors and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Manage and resolve construction-related technical issues, site conflicts, and change orders.
- Oversee QA/QC inspections, punch list closures, and final acceptance of works.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture on site.
