Interested candidates please forward updated CV toexperience in cable tray manufacturing will be advantageDEFINITION:Responsible for the manufacturing out of sheet metal raw material, the components as Cable Trays, Cable Ladders, Cable Trunkings & Strut framing systems within the production units in KSA through different processes of Punching, Bending, Forming & Welding through integrated process or line production which includes people management and budgetary/cost reporting.PRIMARY OBJECTIVESThe PRODUCTION MANAGER will be pivotal in the production process of a CMS product lines. He will drive efficiency and ensure products reach the Customers on time. He will be vital in orchestrating manufacturing operations, developing strategies to improve productivity and overseeing the production line.
PRODUCTION MANAGER will oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facilities. He will coordinate, plan, and direct all the activities that go into the CMS production processes. Manufacturing managers will be responsible to run KSA plants.

Lead the manufacturing function within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards.
Full accountability for customer quality, cost and delivery requirements are met.
Responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible team by building working relationships ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
Manage the team on best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading teams.
Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.The position is goal oriented to inspire the employees, guide team members, direct production operations in KSA, and lead to achieve its objectives successfully. The PRODUCTION MANAGER will be critical to running the production facilities in KSA to ensure that equipment’s & processes perform efficiently, operations are safe, targeted production volumes are achieved, and quality is assured.
The PRODUCTION MANAGER will oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facilities, coordinate, plan, and direct all the activities that go into the production processes to achieve the company goals.The PRODUCTION MANAGER will be responsible to manage and development of the products from inception to commercialization. The PRODUCTION MANAGER will work cross-functionally with teams including Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and to bring products to market that are safe, effective, and meet the needs of our customers. The PRODUCTION MANAGER will be responsible for managing all aspects of product development, including product planning, design, development, and commercialization.
The PRODUCTION MANAGER will also be responsible for ensuring that products are developed according to regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice manufacturing vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve manufacturing performance. Develop the product opportunities for , lead the existing product enhancement, new product development to achieve & enhance the growth of the company within the Middle East & Export market development.PRIMARY DUTY & RESPONSIBILITYPRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
 Responsible for identifying new opportunities for developing a new marketable product from concept to distribution.
 Upgrade the existing CMS product line with the optimized & intelligent designs to meet the market expectations & increase the opportunity of growth for the company.
 Conducting market research & analyze the industry trends and developments.
 Develop and manage product development processes from concept to commercialization.
 Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing to ensure successful product development and the launch.
 Define product requirements and specifications through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
 Create detailed project plans and timelines for all aspects of product development.
 Manage the product development timelines and budgets.
 Manage and track the progress of product development against milestones and objectives, adjusting plans as needed.
 Identify and assess risks throughout the product development process, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
 Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders during product development.
 Ensure that products are developed in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
 Oversee quality control and testing procedures during product development and post-launch.
 Coordinate with marketing team on go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
 Develop and manage budgets for all product development activities.
 Submit regular updates on product development progress to higher management.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT Effectively and efficiently manage the KSA production through its local operations, for the required daily / weekly / monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are always maintained.
 Responsible for plant production, output performance, meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities.
 Ensure the target productivity level is achieved on daily basis.
 Review and manage the production plan daily.
 Communicate and liaise with other departmental managers regarding the stock inventory to ensure production targets are met.
 Drive process improvements on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by appropriate data analysis.
 Plan actions and communicate instructions.
 Submit written reports and make presentations when necessary.
 Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
 Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projections, including the engagement of external resources as required.
 Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the production departments.
Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.Interested candidates please f
