- Lead the conceptual and detailed architectural design process across all project stages—from feasibility to construction and handover.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to the architectural engineering team and ensure alignment with client requirements, codes, and project goals.
- Review, validate, and approve architectural drawings, design reports, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (civil, structural, MEP) to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Oversee site implementation of architectural works and verify compliance with approved designs and materials.
- Ensure design quality control, adherence to local and international building codes, and best industry practices.
- Participate in design reviews, value engineering workshops, and technical meetings with stakeholders.
- Manage architectural aspects of project timelines, resource allocation, and design deliverables.
- Mentor and develop junior architects and engineers within the team.
- Engage in sustainability, façade engineering, and innovative building technologies as part of the design leadership process.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in architectural design and engineering, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio of major projects (mixed-use, commercial, institutional, infrastructure, or urban developments).
- Expert knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing capabilities.
