- Campaign Management: Plan and run end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across KSA & GCC, driving awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth.
- Performance Analysis: Define KPIs, monitor performance daily, and uncover insights behind results. Improve CPL, lead quality, and ROAS through data-driven decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Paid Media, Content, Automation, and Sales to align campaigns with messaging, objectives, and customer needs.
- Audience Segmentation & Localization: Tailor campaigns to target personas, adapting for Arabic-speaking markets and cultural nuances.
- Budget Management: Plan, manage, and optimize campaign budgets with accuracy and ROI focus.
- Creativity & Experimentation: Contribute bold ideas, test new approaches, and embrace experimentation to fuel growth.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of B2B SaaS marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging best practices.
- Take ownership of select campaigns under supervision.
- Analyze past campaigns to identify quick wins.
- Propose and test campaign ideas tailored to Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Fully own and execute multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
- Present performance insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage campaign budgets with confidence and precision.
- Lead small-scale automation/process improvements with Marketing Ops.
- Experience: 3-5 years in performance marketing, campaign management, or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise IT products.
- Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with EMEA markets and strong understanding of Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Hands-on Mindset: Proactive, analytical, and not afraid to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Growth-Oriented: Ambitious, curious, and eager to take on broader responsibilities as you ramp up.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and CX teams.
- Project Management: Highly organized with excellent prioritization and deadline management skills.
- Technical Know-how (Preferred): Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
